INNSIDE Milano by Melià
The renowned Spanish hotel chain Meliá Hotels International inaugurated a new hotel in Milan, Italy, in December 2019. Artupia was selected as the art provider, representing an excellent opportunity for the Italian startup to promote the talent of its artists.
Considered one of Milan’s most iconic skyscrapers, INNSiDE Milano Torre GalFa is located in the legendary Galfa Tower, in a strategic position close to Milan Central Station and the lively Isola district.
INNSiDE Milano Torre GalFa gives the building a new lease of life, embracing the concept of “bleisure”—the combination of business and leisure—and offering guests a unique experience centered around art.
Artupia, an Italian startup specializing in art, was selected as the hotel’s art partner.
Spread across twelve floors, INNSiDE by Meliá decided to dedicate each level of the hotel to a specific Milanese artist selected by Artupia, creating an immersive and unique experience for its guests.
From pop-art canvases and realistic paintings to interpretative artworks, Artupia successfully provided a total of 88 artworks. Unique and handmade, the works were selected directly from the existing portfolios of Artupia’s artists.
Artupia also provided the hotel with custom-made artworks, commissioned by Meliá and created specifically by its artists.
The twelve Artupia artists created custom paintings inspired by the theme “Milan City,” each reflecting their own individuality and artistic personality.
Each painting is identified by the artwork’s title, the artist’s name, and a QR code providing access to the artist’s profile on Artupi.
Artupia’s objective of promoting the work of emerging artists proved to be a tangible success: thousands of visitors have had—and continue to have—the opportunity to admire the works of:
Daniela Cervi, Elena Galimberti, Emiliano Cavalli, Giancarlo Siniscalchi, Itala Gasparini, Lorenzo Monegato, Luca Rancy, Mario Mori, Michele Penna, Stefano Pallara, Cimino, and Vincenzo Marino.

ALTER EGO by Alessandro Piano
When two artistic languages meet, new perspectives emerge. In this collaboration, Alessandro Piano created a contemporary icon, while I worked to amplify its presence, immersing it in an atmosphere that enhances its meaning.
Through color and composition, I transformed the background into a narrative element that engages in dialogue with the central figure and amplifies its message. The result is a work that reflects on the dynamics of consumerism, pop iconography, and the culture of appearances, reinterpreting them through a critical and evocative lens.
